It honestly depends on where you live, some clubs allow under-age DJs some don't. Assuming you find on that does, you can speak to the owner,sometimes they have classes to train you, sometimes you have to look for some in your area. On getting equipment: Check a local pawn shop. or get it off of ebay or craigslist. you can get fairly decent prices for second hand equipment. good luck!
