Ever Rented a Mushroom @ Lido Beach?

Has anyone ever rented the picnic area Mushrooms from Lido Beach, in Lido Long Island? And if you have, did you have to share with another person's event? And were you able to play music because the guy said music is not allowed unless it's from a small radio (ie no stereos, djs, "boomboxes", etc) but somehow parties there are very popular so its hard to believe there wasn't any music played.
