I have a TINY splinter in my foot. HELP!?

Go to a TSC, or other farm store, and go to the dairy section. Buy some "bag balm". It sounds silly, but if you put some on a band aid, and let it sit for a day, it can often draw it out. Watch for infection if it doesn't work.
