My foot hurts realllllly bad!!!!!!?

Whenever i walk on my foot (right foot) my heel hurts, im afraid i have glass or a splinter in it (but i checked and none) so i walk on my tiptoes and it still hurts. what should i do? it feels sore and theres no splinters in it?
