What are some good conspiracy video games?

I want to play something with espionage and government secrecy and xfiles-like stuff. Unfortunately I have run out of games. I have played all the 007, splinter cell, and deus ex games. I need something new! I am tired of waiting for the new Deus Ex, I could definitely use something new!
